THE MISHAP TO THE OHAU.
CAPTAIN BLACK'S CERTIFICATE SUSPENDED.
■ Weixington, to-day. The Court of Enquiry found that the 8 s . Ohau struck on Cook rock and that Captain Felix' Black committed an error of judgment, and was guilty of default in not taking means to ' verify his distance from The Brothers. His certificate was suspended for three months, and he 'was ordered to pay the costs of the enquiry, £12 3s.
