DISCOURTEOUS TREATMENT OP THE QUEEN'S AMBASSADOR. Constantinople, Jan. 27. When Sir Phillip Currie presented the Queen's autograph letter to the Sultan, the latter detained the English representative in a cold room without any fire for over an hour, with the result that Sir Phillip caught a chill and is now confined to his bed.
