The Pacific Gable.
iiONDON, Jan. 25.
Mr Plavfoid, the South Australian AgentGeneral, considers tho Pacific cable wholly in Canadian interests, and believes it unlikely that England will pay anything towards the losses by South Australia of the new cable constructed. He adds that it would be a mistake for the colonies to tie the hands of the delegates to tha Imperial Colonial Conference.
