January Handicap : Led a 1, The Shrew 2, Miser 3. All started but Dona. Mi6er led to the straight, when Lcda camo on the outside nnd won by c. long neck. Time, lmin SUisec. Dividend, £9 Us. HoRDLEa : Liberator 1, Hopeful 2, Revolt 3. All started. Revolt and Hopeful carried on tho running to the turn into the straight, when Liberator came with a fine run, and won easily by a length and a-half. Time, 3min 22 3-sth sec, Dividend, £6 7s.

Racing Club Hakdicap : Saracen 1, Lorelei 2, Miser 3. Bessie McCarthy, Tho Shrew, nnd Panoply weie scratched. Miser and Stepfeldt were in the lead to the turn near the road, where Miser drew out, but in the straight Saraceu and Lorfllei caught him. Lorelei was in front half-way down the straight, but Sarscen under punishment beat her home by a neck, Miser $ good third. Time, 2min 11 2 sth sec. Div., £3 le.

Juyenilk Handicap: Bavaria 7 - 2 (Mat thews) 1, Bjmelallist 2, Defiance 3, Ali

started. Lorenzo got the best of the start, and led for three furlongs, when Bavaria took command. The field closed up in the straight, and all whips were out. It was a splendid finish, Bavaria winning by half-a-length. Time, lmin 4 4-sth sec. Div. , £15 4b. Welter Handicap : Tuhiwai (Reid) 1, Sea Serpent 2, Slaiden 3. All started. Won by a quarter of a length. Time, lmin 33 4-5 sec. Div., £11153.
