Wellington, to-day. The Opotiriao estate of 6504 acres, one of the recent acquisitions of the Government under the Land for Settlement Act, will be placed on the market early next month. The estate, whioh ia situated in Whakatano Valley, sßay of Plenty, has been sub-divided into 44 sections, ranging from 40 to 300 acres, and 15 aeotiona ranging from 6 to 22 acres each. : [
