Brazil Making Trouble.
Rio de Janieeo, Jan. 21. The Brazilian Government demands the restoration of Trinidade, in the South Atlantic, which some time since it was reported Great Britain had annexed. The Brazilian authorities threaten to cease diplomatic relations until the request is complied with.
