SHIPPING INTELLIGENCE.
The Union Co. 'a ss. Tarawera left Auckland at 3 15 yesterday afternoon, and arrived here at 3 o'clock this afternoon. She proceeds on to Southern ports this evening, the last launch leaving the wharf at 5 and 7 o'clock. Passengers — Inward : Intercolonial : Mrs Wall ; Messrs Smith, Pitt, Parker, and Wall. From Auckland: Mesdames Day, McHardy, and Pegram ; Misses Maxwell, Panapa, Ropata, Armstrong, Shepherd, and Bullen ; Messrs Pettigrew, Parker, Flower, Culliford, Brightwell, Hackett, Williams, Rhodes, O'Dwyer, Liddell, and Lund. The Union Co.'s s.s. Mararoa leaves Lyttelton this evening, and is due here via way ports on Saturday morning. She is advertised to proceed on to Auckland and Sydney, taking passengers at excursion fares, at 10 a.m. Messrs Hud dart, Parker and Co.'s s.s. Tasmania arrives from Southern ports on Saturday morning, and leaves for Auckland and Sydney at 10 a.m. The Union Co.'s s.B. Australia leaves Wellington at 5 o'clock to-morrow evening, and is timed to reach here via Napier on Sunday morning. She proceeds on to Coast ports and Auckland at 6 a.m. The Union Co.'s s s. Moa leaves Auckland at 5 o'clock this evening, calling at Mercury Bay. and all Coast ports. She is doe here at the end of the week.

June 19.— Arrived : Kathleen Hilda from Kaipara; and Linda Isle, from Mercury Bay. ■ Newcastle, June 19.— Sailed: Wenona for Wellington; and Sarah and Mary for Wanganui. London, Jane 18. — Arrived : s.s. Hawke's Bay from Bluff (April 26th) ; barque Bankville trom Timaru (January 31st).
