VIENNA, May 7Count Kalnoky, in a private letter now published, denounced the Papal Nuncio in the strongest terms. M. Bauffy, the Hungarian Premier, declares that he always will maintain that the Vatican has no right to interfere in the internal affairs of Austria. The Emperor has asked both Count Kalnoky and M. Banffy .to withdraw their resignations, and the former replied that the position was untenable. Count Kalnoky, at the request of the Emperor, has decided to retain office.
