BSMBASK, Aug. 22. A long debate Imm taken place on the motion to establish compulsory Gocciluikia Boards. Mr H. Toser opposed tbe motion, which he declared tv not cal.ulUed to promote peace. He had a piwn at armi with Iff Glassey, who accused him of burning papers bearing en the law strike. Mr Tom, in replying, made reference la tbe stolen papers, and added that Mr Olasaty wm mainly responsible for the Uhar troubles, and indirectly identified with the men who committed the ontragn.
