The Masterton Star says : — We have been asked if we intend publishing "tips" for the Wellington races, which take place on Monday. We say^ emphatically that we do not. If we " tipped " at all wc would " tip" according to the form of the horses, and if we did this we would be sure to lead our readers astray. Until races are run a bit " square " we shall not speculate upon the chance of any borse.
