SHIPPING INTELLIGENCE.
♦ The B.s. Australia arrived here early this morning from Nap.er and Wellington, and proceeded on to Coast ports and Aucklaud at 9 a. in. Passengers— lnward : Misses Rees, Reynolds, and Beswick ; Mrs Hayward and children ; Messrs White, Irons, Fordham, Mitchell, Longdell, Mather, Lambert, Clark, Hayward, McDonald, Moon, and Lewis; Rev. G. J. W. Spence Outward : Misses Hayden and Sherwood ; Mr Brooking. The schooner Awanui sailed last evening for Auckland via Coastal ports. The s.B. Tarawera reached here from Auckland at 2.15 this afternoon. She sails for Southern ports this evening, the last launch leaving the wharf at 5 o'clock. The s.h. Talune leaves Napier at 8 o'clock to-night and arrives here early to-morrow morning. She proceeds on to Auckland at S a.m. The s.s. Moa was working Coast ports to-day, and reaches here to-night. She goes on to Napier on Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock. The B.s. Pukaki leaves Timaru for Gisborne direct to-day. She arrives here on Monday afternoon, and sails for Auckland at 5 p.m.
