Trouble in the Argentine.
♦ Boenos Ayres, Sept. 22. — Fearing a revolution in the Argentine Republic, Perequii caused the arrest of thirty leading Radicals, and the Radical clubs are being closed. The troops in the province of Tacuuau are desert ing and joining with those in favor of a revolt. Dr Pena, President of the Republic, expresses his willingness to resign in favoi of Dr Ellauri.
