BRAZILIAN REVOLUTION.
RIO CAPITULATES. New York, Sept. 22. —Brazilian telegrams report the surrender of Rio. The rebel fleet bombarded Santos for two hours, but were eventually beaten off. They have left the harbor, probably for Rio Grande.
