WHATAUPOKO AND WAIMATA ROAD BOARDS. IT is hereby notified that the Road Boards of Waimata and Whataupoko Road Districts have united to raise a Loan, under "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," for the purpose of constructing the road through Matokitoki Block, from Section 38, Hapara 3, to Section S, Whataupoko G. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £;">OO, and it is proposed to pay the cost of raising the loan out of the loan moneys. The annual charge will be £25. The Security to be given will be an annual Special Rate of Tiirkkpence in the £, in a Special District, comprising the following lands, for a period of 26 years, commencing Ist January, 1894, and ending 31st December, 1919. * Schedule. The security to be given is the Land Fund accruing and in respect of the lands in the accompanying Schedule, and a Special Rate of Eicjhtpbnce in the Pound on the rateable value of the same sections, for a period of 26 years, commencing Ist January, 1894, and ending oa 31sfc December, 1919. It is not proposed to collect the Special Rate while the proceeds from the Land Fund are sufficient to meet the annual charges. It is proposed to pay the cost of raising ho Loan out of Loan moneys.
