A Dreadful Outrage.
■» Hong Kon'R, December sth. — A fearful outrage has been committed by Tonquin pirates. They captured eighty women and children, and imprisoned them in a cave, announcing that they would be set at liberty on the payment of a ransoo by their friends. The police were sent in pursuit, and on the pirates learning this they suffocated the whole of the captives by burning charcoal in a cave, the entrance to which- had been securely fastened.
