WAIKOHU ROAD BOARD. WAIHORA SPECIAL DISTRICT. NOTICE is hereby given, that this Board will proceed by Special Order, on SATURDAY, 16th July, to pass a resolution levying a Special Rate of 3id in the £1 on the* rateable value of Run 44a, being a Special District, for the purposes of " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886." This rate is to be made to provide interest upon a sum of £120, to be obtained by Loan, and is to be an annual rate for 26 years, commencing Ist July, 1892, and ending on 30th June, 1918, to be due and payable in one sum in each year on the Ist July. Number of Ratepayers of the Roll, Onu ; capable of exercising one vote. Number who voted in favor of the pro posal, One ; exercising one vote. As all the Ratepayers within the Special District voted in favor of the proposal, I declare it carried.
