All protests to be lodged with the Secretary, in writing, within fifteen minutes after the race, accompanied by a deposit of 2 sovg, which will be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. 2 The decision of the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, will, in all cases, be final, and nominations will be received only on that condition. 3. Nominations, enclosing entrance fees, name, age, description, pedigree, and previous performances of horses, and colors of rider, to be in the hands of the Secretary not later than 8 p.m, on the 20th day of February, 1892. Nominations to be addressed — "The Secretary of the Tolago Bay Jockey Club, rolago Bay Post Office," and marked " Entry For Tolago Bay Races. " No delayed nominations will be received. 4. The above conditions, and the code of rules of the Auckland Turf Club, inc'uding the Schedule of Weights, will be strictly adicred to. 5.
