In the Supreme Court in the divorce case Dalbcdhyll against Dalbedhyll, petition for dissolution of marriage, in the pleadings there was a denial of the marriage, but that was since withdrawn. Plaintiff alleges troubles commenced shortly after marriage in 18(!5. An adultery was alleged at Hokitika and Dunedin, together with cruelty. Respondent, used to frighten her by alleging that he committed bigamy because he married before having proof of her first husband's deatli. She married respondent in her maiden name because she was under age when first married. He knew these facts before the marriage.
