WAIKOHU ROAD DISTRICT BOARE Land to Ik tabnfor Road under "Public Works Act, ISS..','' NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Waikohu Road Board to execute a Public Work by making a New Road, and for that purpose to take from a portion of Ruangarehu Block No. I, situated in Block IX., Waikohu Road District, Waimata Survey Distiict, the Land described in the accompanying Schedule. The Works to he executed on this line of Ruad are formation and metalling and construction of drain for the passage of surface water. Tians of the Land proposed to be taken may be seen at the office of the Waikohu Road Board, Te Karaka. Any person having any objection to the proposed Works are required to state their objections in writing, and send the writing to the Secretary at the office of the Waikohu Road Boird on or before the fifth day ot October, 1889.
