[Before His Honor Sir.T. Prondergast, C. J. CIVIL SITTINGS. — TO-DA Y. J'EKCIVAL BARKEK V. Mil. ASH MKS IIAKMV. Action for possession of land and buildings at Makauri, and LSO damages. Mr DeLautour for plaintiff and Mr Finn for defendant. His Honor delivered judgment, holding that the defendants were not estopped in disputing title to the particular area, and that the plaintiff was bound by the description contained in two deeds. The defendants did not dispute the plaintiffs right to two undivided shares and they could hold under leave and license from another grantee. Judgment for defendants with costs on lowest scale. Mr DeLautour asked for a stay of execution for the co".ts/oi" one month. Mr Finn not objecting, an order was made staying execution for the costs for one month.
