All protests accompanied by £3 in cash must be lodged withiu 15 minutes of the termination of the Race, the deposit to be forfeited if protest be not upheld. 4. No person shall be qualified to enter for any Race (hacks excepted) unless he be a subscriber of at least 10j to the Club Funds. 5.
