NATIVE LAND MATTERS.
IMPORTANT INTIMATION. An announcement that many concerned in native land dealings have awaited with interest was made this morning at the Native Land Court. Judge O'Brien said he had received a telegram from the Chief Judgo to-day to tho ell'ect that tho Court will now be open to receive applications from parties under sections 21 and 25 of the Native Land Administration Act, 188 li. The attention, therefore, of all persons interested is directed to this fact, and also to the notices relative to the same which have been posted on the Court-ivuse door and on the black board ai. the (Joveriunent Buildings. Afc tho Court to-day the Manukawhitikitiki .Block came on for subdivision, but there being no approved plan of the division made by Judge Brooktield in 1883 the matter was adjourned on the application of Mr DeLautour, who appeared tor Mr Graham as representing the Assets Company, until after the Pakarae cases have been heard.
