CONDITIONS : No person allowed to enter a horse the property of another person, unle3s both be ji subscriber of not less than £1 to the Race Fund — hacks oxcepted. No entry will be received for any race except on the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. All protests to be accompanied with a deposit of £2. Protest to be given in writing within liftecn minutes after tho race, to be forfeited if the protest is considered frivolous. Three horses to start for each race or only half the money given. " Hack " shall mean a horse that has never started in a weight-for-age or handicap of the value of £5 gross. Nominations for the Waiapu Handicap, and Flying Handicap, to be in the hands of the Secretary, together with entrance fee, not later than Wednesday, 2nd February, at 8 p.m. J Nominations must contain the name, age, description, pedigree of horse (if not known " state unknown), and colors of rider. All nominations must be under sealed cover, addressee! to the Secretary of the Waiapu Race Club, Tuparoa, and endorsed "Entry for Waiapu Races." No delayed Nominations received.
