In consequence of the large purchases of horses which are being made by the Government, it i 3 proposed to prohibit tho export of horses from Germany. [Received Jan. 23, 1837, 11 a.m.l Paths, Jan. 21. Much anxiety is being manifested with regard to tho situation with Germany. Tho Committee of tho Chamber of Deputies has rejected tho amended Budget. [Ueceivcd January 24, ISS7, 12.30 p.m.] Pauls, Jan. 22. r ihe Ministry have withdrawn the amended Budget and accepted the proposals of the Committee of tho Chamber thereon, thus averting a crisis. [special telegrams.] The report that the exportation of horses from Germany had been prohibited has produced a marked depression on tho Continental Bourses. The French declare that the timber which is being purchased on the frontier is required for the Paris Exhibition. Admiral Aube has withdrawn his proposal for a special vote for tho increase of tho French navy.
