Tho Union Co. 's a. a. Rotomahuun, (Capt. M. Carek arrived trom Sydney and Auckland at 12 lo pm. to-day. Hus-eu-ers :— Misses Gilford and ftih ; Mrs Coinei ly ; Mossrd M. Smith, Coleuun, llu .ter, and Fiaher. She goes on South this evxuiug, the last launch leaviug the wharf at 7 sharp. A launch also leaves at 5 pm. Tue s.s. Australi* (Capt. Crawshaw) arrived from South early this inoroiug with the following passengers :— Meadames Fannin and Bennett ; and Messrs Newman, Shank, Faunin, Scott, Nye, Ramage, Black and SOD, Pounali, Lipwell, and Watt. She left at 9 a.m. for Auckland via the Coast, taking:— Mesdaraes McConnical and 3 children, and Jones ; and Major Ropata. The s.s. Southern Cross (Capt. Spinks) arrived from Auckland via the Coast at 11 a.m., bringing two passeugers. Sue goes on South thia evening, the last launch leaving at 5 p.m. The schooner Gisborne (Capt. Skinuer) arrived in the bay early this morning with 30 tons coal, 2 tons joinery, and sundries. Passengers : Mr and Mrs Mclntyre, Mr Burns, and Master Reynolds.. She left Auckland on the 10th, and has worked all Coast ports, haviug experienced fine weather throughout the passage. The ketch Elsie arrivod in the bay thia afternoon from Thame3 with a cargo ot white pine for the harbor works. The s.s. Mararoa arrives from South on Sunday morning. She goe3 on to Sydney and Auckland, tin last launch leaving at 7 a.m.
Adelaide, to-day. The Orient Co. 's R. M.S. Dhimborazo arrived yesterday morning from' jflymouih. She bnugd the following New Zealand passengers : For Auckland — Mr ami Mrs U»ven, Mr uud .Ura Fritchani, and Ale.-srs Mecpey, and Thompson. For Nelson — Mr Sylvester. Melbourne, to-day. The Uuion Co. 'a s.s. muuocu arrived at midnight from the Blufif vi,» Hobart. Svdxey, to-day. Ths Union Co.'s s.s. Wairarapa sailed for Auckland yesterday afternoon. Pokt Chalmers, to-day. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co.'s s.s. Coptic (Capt. W. H. Kidley) arrived off Otago Heads at 9.30 last night from Plymouth via Madiera, Capetown, and Hobart. She has experienced splendid weather since leaving England. All on board have enjoyed excellent health.
