Australian beef tallow, 25a Id ; mutton tallow, 30s. At the colonial wool sales auctions yesterday and to-day 14,800 bales Were, offered, but the market still continues dull. The National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand reports as follows of the local market : — Wheat, firm at 5s Id to 5s 3d per bushel ; barley, slow of sale, 33 ( ,»d to 4s 3d. There is a moderate enquiry for New Zealand oats (feed sorts), which are at from 2s 9d to "2s lid ; New Zealand oats (milling sorts) are in fair demand at 2s lid to 3s ; New Zealand oata under bond, at 2s to 2s 3d.
