THE ABOVE ■ NAMED COMPANY WILL HOLD A SALE OF LANDS On the East Coast, by Public Auction, in the Month of JANUARY NEXT. In order to realise upon some of its properties, the Directors have determined to offer PASTORAL and RURAL Sections or Blocks upon terms which will meet the requirements of all who desire to purchase Lands, These Lanrla will be offered in Sections or Blocks of moderate size at low upset prices — '1 en per Cent, of Purchase to be paid at time of Sale, and Ten per Cent, in Tivelve Jkonths thereafter. The remainder may remain at. interest at Six per Cent, per annum for any term under ten years. LEASEHOLDS.
