PRELIMINARY NOTICE. npHE ABOVE - NAMED COMPANY JL WILL HOLD A SALE OF LANDS On the East Coast, by Public Auction, in the Month of JANUARY NEXT. In order to realise upon some of its properties, the Directors have determined to offer PASTORAL and RURAL Sections or Blocks upon terms which will meet the requirements of all who desire to purchase Lands. These Lands will be offered in Sections or Blocks of moderate size at low upset prices—!/ iii per Cent, of Purchase to be paid at time of t-ale, and Ten per Cent, in Twelve Alonths thereafter.
