THE BULGARIAN CRISIS.
Berlin', Dec. 10. The deputation which is now on a tour to the Courts of Europe for the purposeof explaining the position of affairs in Bulgaria had an audience with Count Kalnoky to-day. The Premier stated that his recent declaration with regard to the Bulgarian question were unalterable as a basis of the Austrian policy. He counselled moderation on the part of the Bulgarian people.
