Cooper and Carlaw Smith, injunction and specific performance. R. J. Reynolds v. Ormond and Swainson, £154 8a and interest. J. Trimmer v. Josiah Tutchen, damages, prohibition, &c. T. W. Porter v. Heni Kotikoti, debt, £169 7a 4d. John Baldwin v. A. Graham and others, decree and damages and re-payment of harbor funds. John Baldwin v. Chrisp and Muir, libel, £500 damages.
