DISTRICT COURT.
(Before Sktii Smith, Esq., Judge). Probate. Probate was granted in Chambers, today, in the will of the late Henry Harris, to John Ferguson, junior, Alexander McKenzie and John Espie. Bankruptcy. In the matter of C. D. Berry, a bankrupt, application was made for final discharge. Mr. Kenny appeared for the debtor. His Honor stated that, as everything had been done as required by the Act, he would grant the debtor's discharge. The costs of the petition lodged by Allan Taylor against the debtor, and which had been withdrawn on the debtor filing, to be paid by the debtor. Brown v. McQuarries. Mr. Nolan stated the case had been settled out of Court.
