In the House of Commons this afternoon, on the motion of Sir Stafford Northcote, Charles Bradlaugh was released from the custody of the Sergt-at-Arms. The Court of Appeal has discharged the writ of error in the Tichbome case, and the claimant consequently remains in custody. BUENO AYRES. June 25. An encounter has taken place between a body of armed civilians and a force of Argentine provincial troops, who are in open rebellion, and were besieging the city. After heavy fighting the troops were completely routed by the i civilians.
