T HEREBY give notice that the Part- ~*~ nership hitherto existing between JOHN GIBSON KINROSS, ANDREW GRAHAM, and DUNCAN FRASER, of the District of Poverty Bay, as Sheepfarmerß, which said business is carried on at Oweta and Puhatikotiko, in the District aforsesaid, is This D»y DISSOLVED ; and I further give notice that Mr. Duncan Fraser has no authority to draw Cheques, Bills, or Promissory Notes, or sign any documents in the name of "Fraser, Graham, and Kinross ; " and further, that neither myself, nor John Gibson Kinross, will be responsible or recognize any contract entered into in our names from this j date.
