(BeforeJM. Price, Esq., R.M.) Crvn,' Cases. W. L. Rees v. Duncan Fraser, Andrew Graham, and J. G. Kinross. Claim £20 6d. Mr. Brassey for defendants. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. Mr. Brassey gave notice of appeal. John Milner, administrator of the late John Milner, deceased, v. Brooke Taylor. Claim £8 14s 6d. Judgment for plaintiff.
A teacher, endeavoring to familiarise a little girl with the various countries of the Western hemisphere, with little evidence of success, finally asked, "If I were to bore a hole through the earth, and you were to go througn at this end, where would you come out? "Come out?" replied the ohild "Why, I'd come out of the hole, miss."
