[from our own correspondent.] MELBOURNE. Wednesday. A caucus of Liberals promised support to the Government to prevent obstructiveness and to prohibit members speaking though allowed to vote. This they propose to effect by the use of what is termed the " Iron hand." That is dosing debate by deciding that the question shall be put forthwith. The session is to be closed at the earliest date. « The third reading of the Reform Bill is fixed for December 4th, when there will be a call of the House.
