With the view of diminishing the (number of deaths which annually occur at this season of the year from incautious bathing, the following notice has, by order of the Royal Humane Society, been issued by the Secretary, and distributed throughout the United Kingdom, and having regard to the usual number of drowning cases which have occurred at Derby of late, we cannot do better than to give it a locallprominence.
