SYDNEY.
July 9. The Premier has tabled a series of resolutions against Legislative Councils for its repeated rejection of the Assembly's carefully considered measures, recommending introduction of a Bill to make the Council responsible to the people. The Treasurer has submitted proposals for a further loan of £7,787,678 for railways, water supply, and sewerage. It will not be placed on the market for some time. ,
