This Day. The special auditor reports assets of the Provincial Bank to be £52,000 and liabilities £79,000. Further contributions to capital will not be less than £27,000 required to meet engagements, ihe share registrar is incomplete but 10,000 held by persons are liable for calls. The notes m circulation amount to £18,000, including £11,000 held by another bank. Tlie capital actually paid up is £25,000, instead of £45,000 as apparently represented.
