Mails close as follows : — For Tauranga and Auckland, per Wanaka, Wednesday, at 5 p.m. For Napier and Southern Ports, per Ladybird, on Thursday, at 3 p.m. For London, via San Francisco, America, Tauranga, and Auckland, perßotorua, on Saturday, at 5 p.m. Inland Mail. For" Te Mawhai, Aku Aku, Tuparoa, Awanui, and Wharekahika, every other Tuesday, at 3 p.m. For Tologa Bay and East Coast, every Tuesday, at 3 p.m. For Makaraka, Waerenga-a-hika, Ormond, and the Willows, every Tuesday and Saturday, at 2 p.m. For Matawhero, and Whakato, every Thursday, at 2 p.m. . The Post Office will be closed on Saturday, the 24th May, the Queen's Birthday. Geo. J. Browne, Postmaster.
