NOTICE TO DEBTORS. I THE UNDERSIGNED, hereby 9 give notice that I have this day placed m the hands of MR. WILLIAM RATCLIFFE, Commission Agent, for immediate recovery, all accounts DUE TO ME. Further, that if the same are not paid to Mr. Ratcliffe, before the 24th instant, LEGAL PROCEEDINGS will at once be instituted for their recovery. Dated this 17th day of May, 1879. L.
