INQUIRY TO BE RE-OPENED
ACCIDENT : T0 RANG ATIRA The ollicial inquiry into the mishap to the Union Company’s intcr-island ferry steamer Rangatira, which struck a reef in Cook Strait on February 2, is to be re-opened before the Supreme Court by order of the Minister of Murine, the Hon. P. Fraser, who has decided, after consideration of the report of the Court of Inquiry, that a re-hearing is necessary under section 2-R! of tho Shipping and Seamen Act, 11)08.
