BOX FACTORY PICNIC.
The Wiaverley sawmill and box factory picnic was held at the beach on Saturday, a large number attending. Races were ran and each child received a gift. Results were: Girls 3 to 4; Adcle Haycock 1, Patricia Hartley 2. Boys 5 to 7: John Knapp 1, Gordon Walker 2. Girls 7 to 9: Margaret Haycock 1, Joyce Southcombe 2.
