FAMILY GETS SHARE
PRIZE FROM ART UNION. A settlement was announced by counsel on Friday when an action for maintenance* by Sarah Mary Ann Hart against F. J. Hart, winner of the : “Luck at Last” Art Union, was called at Napier. It was stated chat Hart agreed to pay £2 a week maintenance for his wife, and £SO past maintenance, also to deposit £2OO security u ith thc Public Trustee. Air action by the secretary of the Children’s Home was also called, and counsel stated fliat Hart agreed 1 to •“pay £196 6s owing in respect of three children.
