GUIDES’ CAMPFIRE CONCERT
TO BE HELD TO-NIGHT,
The Pate a Girl Guides’ Association’s postponed campfire concert will be field in tfic Butchery Company’s paddock, opposite the Domain Memorial Gates, at 7.30 to-night. All interested are cordially invited to be present. Divisional Commissioner Houston, of llawcra, and a number of Hawera Guides and Guiders will be present, and a Jolly time should be spent round the campfire. The following is the programme:— Introduction. “Campfires Burning” (round) “Hoca Ea.” “Um Pom Urn Pom.” “Blow the Man Down” (sea. chanty) Story, Divisional Commissioner. / ‘ 1 Michael Finnigan. ’ ’ “Inkic Pinkie Pider. ” “Ho, Every Sleeper Wakens.” “Oh Me Taters.” “Chester.” Story or talk, probably by Mr, Houston on Maori Pas. “A Legend of Mullaghmast.” “The Sun is Sinking in the West.” Guide Law Chant. “Taps.” Campfire Supper.
Those present are asked to bring their own cups, mgs, or ground sheets.
