Quito tho latest idea is to wear plain georgette frocks over brilliantly patterned slips. The effect becomes faless monotonous than the wearing o floral frocks, and there is a cookies: about flowered designs veiled by a transparent silky material which is especially refreshing during' sunnnet months. The return of the normal waist line seems to be an assured fact. We have seen the tendency to raise this line creep upon ns so gently that the new models with a clearly defined waist no longer raise a doubt—they look cpvitc charming.
