MURIEL STARR
IHE WOELD-EENOWNED ACTRESS IN THE LONDON COMEDY’ TRIUMPH. “FRENCH LEAVE.” “French Leave,” which will be produced at the Town Hall next Monday by Muriel Starr, is the work of Reginald Berkeley, a barrister, of the InnerTemple, who wrote it, .while invadiled as a brigade-major of the Rifle Brigade of the Fourth Army on the Somme. The season in Patea is limited to positively one night only, and there should be a record attendance, as it is not often that an artist of Miss Starr's calibre comes to Patea. High-class attractions are few and far between, and no doubt on this occasion theatre-goers will realise the this attraction. The box plan is now open at the Town Clerk's office.
