The Wavcrlcy AV.C.T.U. cnteitained a number of Wavcrlcy girls on Wednesday afternoon, when they, formed themselves into a Club, calling themselves the Wavcrlcy Girl Citizens. After games and- afternoon tea, the girls elected their officers, as follows; — President, Miss Ava Spence; secretary, "■Miss Alma Howell; treasurer, Miss Annie McKay. They decided to meet on Thursday afternoons at 2 o’clock; business at 2.30 p.m. All girls and young women aro cordially invited. Further arrangements will be made at the next meeting.
