NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Patea Borough Council, held in the Council Chambers on Wednesday, the 3rd day of November, 1929, the following Resolution was passed, and will be submitted for conJirmalion at the Ordinary Meeting of tire Council to be bold on Monday, the 9th day of December, 1920, at 7.30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Egmont Street, Patea: — RESOLUTION:

"That, by virtue of the authority contained in " The Housing Act, 101!), ’’ and in accordance with the provisions of paragraph d, section Id, of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,’’ and by all and every authority in that respect enabling it, the Patea Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to raise a Loan of £2OOO for the purpose of erecting two dwellings to be occupied by two of the said Council’s employees, or any other approved tenant, as the Council may from time to time decide, the said loan to be tor a period not exceeding thirty-six and one-half years, repayable in instalments of principal and interest of £o 12s 2d for each £IOO of the Loan, and that as security for the said payments of principal and interest, the Council hereby pledges the land and the two dwellings to be erected thereon, and an Annually Recurring .Special Ratcof two and one third pence in the £ on the rateable value on the Valuation 801 lof all rateable property within the Borough of Ha tea, on the basis of the Annual Value.
