TRAIN SERVICE
TWO TKAINS PER WEEK
According to the Prime Minister two mail trains per week will run each way on the chief lines in the Dominion. All the trains will be rigidly restricted to one-engine loads, and for that reason the permit system must bo continued in the meantime. In respect of goods traffic, relief is gradually being given by running special trains, where practicable, and in addition the engines of the express services referred to herein will be utilised for the conveyance of goods traffic.
