HEMP MARKET The Department of Agriculture, Industries and Commerce has received the following cablegram, dated September 7th, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand: —"Hemp: Market flat; nothing doing. Manila: "J" grade, shipment to be in August, September, or October, £sl 10s; shipment to be in October, November or December, £SO. New Zealand: Market weak and dull. High points shipments, to be in August September or October, £49 10s; shipment to be in October, November or December, £4B 10s ; fair grade shipment, to be in October, November, or December, 47 10s."
